As an international multicultural group, we have the opportunity to contribute to the wider field by addressing the issue of Contact, Culture and Change while basking in it. This will be the first time that AAGT is addressing multilingual questions and will have presentations in languages other than English.

The Venue
AAGT 2012 will be located at the Convention Center of Puebla, creatively built within the walls of an old textile factory; some of the looms are still there. It is adjacent to Puebla’s dense core and within a ten to twenty minute walking distance of most of the hotels that will be offering deep discounts to the conference’s attendees.
There is a wall enclosed park, an aquarium, and shopping center accessible from the convention center in such a way that walking from one to the other the architectural experience is seamless. Across the boulevard towards downtown Puebla is an exciting regional crafts market.
